Accepted Payment Methods
Cash in CHF, €, USD, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Postcard

Payment by invoice requires prior written approval from the hotel. We reserve the right to request advance payment or payment on site, even for larger events, if we suspect a payment default. Invoices are generally to be paid within 14 days. From 15 days of payment delay, we reserve the right to charge 5% default interest, as well as processing fees of CHF 20 per invoice.

Room Category
Unfortunately, we can only confirm the room category, not a specific room number or floor.

Booking
Confirmed bookings must be in writing. Without written confirmation from the hotel that a booking is confirmed, the hotel is not obliged to provide services of any kind. Offers are not considered confirmations, and the hotel is not bound by the prices stated in an offer. Likewise, written inquiries from a guest are not considered confirmed bookings until the hotel has sent a written confirmation to the guest.

Cancellation Policy
Winter
Free of charge up to 15 days before arrival; from 14 days before arrival, 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged.

Summer
Free of charge up to 2 days before arrival; later cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked arrangement.

The same applies in winter and summer for no-shows or early departures. We recommend taking out travel insurance, which covers any cancellation costs in the event of illness, accident, pandemics, road closures, etc. (not exhaustive). The hotel cannot consider reasons for cancellation by the guest that are beyond our control. We reserve the right to charge costs for late cancellations in any case, regardless of the reason.

The hotel is entitled to cancel reservations without compensation in the event of extraordinary events and reasons.

Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, the room is available to you until 11:00 AM.

The HUBERTUS is located in Obergesteln at an altitude of approximately 1360 m. a.s.l., in the heart of the Goms holiday and golf region. By car, we can be reached from, for example, Lausanne or Zurich in a good 2 hours. Guests arriving by train alight in Obergesteln from the Matterhorn-Gotthard Bahn and will be picked up by our hotel bus upon request.

Internet
Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel.

Parking
Outdoor parking is available free of charge, or underground garage spaces for CHF 12 per night.

Pets
Dogs allowed only upon request

Wellness
Please book your wellness treatments before your stay. You can find the complete offer on our homepage. You can make appointments with us by email or phone. Spa wellness treatments (massage, manicure, etc.) are only offered in winter.

Extraordinary Circumstances

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, we reserve the right to withdraw from confirmed reservations and cancel them without compensation. Examples (not exhaustive): disturbance of hotel peace, disturbance of other guests, pandemics/endemics, criminal acts, etc.

Sudden inflation or price increases (raw materials, energy, etc.) may lead to us having to adjust our prices or reduce services. By booking, the guest accepts that this is accepted by him/her, even for already confirmed bookings.

Jurisdiction
Contracts concluded with the hotel and business relationships entered into are subject to local law at the hotel’s location.
